How to remove a STUCK outer race bearing in the bottom of a Traxxas Velineon Motor

This doesn't show me rebuilding the motor but rather what I did in order to remove a stuck bearing in the BOTTOM of the Traxxas Velineon Motor (TR 3351R). As I say in the video, there are countless videos on here that show the process(rebuilding), 99% of them did not have the issue with the stuck race portion of the bearing in the bottom of the unreachable motor.
