The webinar will be introduced by insolvency barrister Simon Passfield, and thereafter will be presented by Saisha Bacon and Govinder Chambay. They will cover: • an overview of Liquidation/Administration and the routes into those processes; • the basics of office-holder claims such as transactions at an undervalue, preferences etc and how to establish them; • practical guidance on running office-holder claims; • limitation. This webinar is aimed at junior lawyers, trainees and those looking at an intro into insolvency law.
