I Found The Most Honest Archery Shop In Georgia!!

I walked into Social Circle Ace Home Center fully expecting to find out I needed to make several changes to my bow setup. Instead, they did something that’s becoming pretty rare—they were honest. After looking over my setup, they told me my current bow is already a solid hunting setup and that I really don’t need to upgrade. They explained that yes, I could increase the draw weight, but that would also mean buying new arrows, spending more money, and putting in extra practice with deer season right around the corner. I really respect businesses that tell you what you need to hear instead of what makes them the most money. They still gave me the option to upgrade, but there was zero pressure. In this video, we also dive into some really interesting bowhunting topics—including draw weight/poundage, when heavier isn’t always better, arrow spine and why it matters, how arrow flight affects accuracy, and even some of the history behind modern bowhunting. Whether you’re brand new to archery or have been hunting for years, there’s some great information here that can help you become a better and more informed bowhunter. If you’re in Georgia and looking for people who genuinely care about getting you set up the right way—not just selling you something—you’ve earned my respect. Have you ever had a shop talk you out of spending money?
