What makes Marine Beach Criccieth so special are the dramatic cliffs rising directly above the shoreline beneath Criccieth Castle. The colours of the rocks are absolutely stunning, especially when the sunlight reflects off the turquoise water below. During low tide, hidden caves and narrow rocky passages become accessible, creating a completely different atmosphere compared to high tide when much of this area disappears beneath the sea. Exploring this part of Marine Beach almost feels like discovering a hidden world beneath the castle cliffs. The contrast between the rugged rocks, crystal-clear water, and peaceful beach creates some truly spectacular scenery.
