20 Minute Shoulders & Chest Dumbbell Workout (Upper Body Strength Training)
Tap in with us for an upper body focused workout that will fire up the shoulders and chest. This is a great push day workout that you can pair with our 'back & biceps' workout for a full upper body day. This is a solid routine for effectively building strength and muscle in a short period of time. All you need is a light to moderate pair of dumbbells, especially doing this for the first time. Over time, you can slowly work your way up to increasing your tempo and pushing heavier weights. This workout contains a total of 2 l sets, and we recommend using the first set to assess what weights you want to challenge yourself with in the final set.
