Minced Beef Kabab || Gheema A Sudanese/South Sudanese dish made with minced beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas as the main ingredients. I have known this dish as Kabab since I was young, however, you may know it as Gheema depending on where you grew up. Naming issues aside, this dish is delicious. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!
