Mango ice cream

Mango Ice Cream Ingredients Mangoes – 2 medium Condensed milk – ½ tin Fresh milk – 1½ glasses Milk powder – 3 tablespoons Fresh cream – 2½ tablespoons Chopped dry fruits – As required Melted chocolate – As required (optional, for coating) Method 1.In a saucepan, combine the fresh milk and milk powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Let it cool completely. 2.Add the mangoes, cooled milk mixture, condensed milk, fresh cream, and a few cashews to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3.Sprinkle chopped dry fruits into the ice cream moulds, then pour in the mango mixture. For a family-size ice cream, pour the mixture into a large glass bowl, top with extra dry fruits and mango pieces, and cover tightly with foil. 4.Freeze overnight, or for at least 8 hours, until completely set. 5.Remove the ice cream from the moulds.
