In Episode 11 of Gilles Nadia and Friends, we welcome Raodath, entrepreneur, strategy consultant, and founder of Entourage, whose work is dedicated to strengthening Africa's entrepreneurial ecosystem through innovation, strategy, and access to expertise. After beginning her career at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, Raodath transitioned into entrepreneurship, applying Lean Startup principles to launch multiple digital innovations in France's food tech sector. Her ventures received international recognition and secured funding from private investors and BPI France. Returning to Benin in 2017, she led entrepreneurship programmes at the Sèmè City Development Agency, helping revitalize the country's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Today, she advises governments, development agencies, consulting firms, and private organizations on designing strategies that foster private-sector growth across Africa. Raodath studied Innovation Management at École Polytechnique before earning an MBA from the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2024, she founded Entourage, a platform that connects professionals and entrepreneurs with leading experts across Africa, making world-class expertise more accessible and helping accelerate careers and businesses.
