Hey everyone, welcome to the Anzol na Água Fishing and Camping channel! 🎣🏕️ In today's video, you'll see a real fishing trip in the city of Nova Santa Rita, on the banks of the Caí River, just below the BR-386 bridge. Since this is a well-known and frequented spot by anglers from the metropolitan area on weekends, I decided to leave home in my kayak to cross to the other side of the river, a place accessible only by boat, thus increasing the chances of finding an open fishing spot. After unloading the kayak, organizing my gear, and chatting with the anglers who were there, I paddled across to the other bank to begin another fishing adventure. While I was getting ready, my partner Isaias arrived to join me on this fishing trip. I started by preparing my famous homemade vanilla bait, made by myself especially for catching carp. Soon after, I also taught how to prepare the famous historical dough, a foolproof recipe that catches practically any species of fish. There were four rods in the water: three with vanilla dough and one with the historical dough. It didn't take long for the action to begin! 🎣 Early on, my partner Isaias landed a beautiful, respectable Pintado catfish. During the fishing trip, we also received a visit from our friends Ramão and Nilza, from the city of Bom Princípio, who came to meet me in person and pick up the vanilla dough after following the channel for a long time. At a certain point, the fish activity decreased considerably, and we started to think that our roasted fish wouldn't work. But thank God Isaias had brought meat to save lunch! Meanwhile, I prepared a chimarrão (a traditional South American infused drink) using the gourd I received from the supporter Rafa's Fishing, since the weather turned bad and the cold started to set in. When we went to get firewood to make a campfire, a school of fish came right in front of us, and the action returned in full force! We caught a few more Pintados (a type of catfish) and, in the middle of the fishing trip, one of the rods baited with chicken liver bent sharply. After a great fight, a beautiful giant Jundiá (another type of catfish) appeared on the surface! 🔥 Even with enough fish to grill, we decided to have a traditional barbecue by the river, accompanied by homemade bread, soda, chimarrão (a traditional South American infused drink), and lots of conversation with friends. We continued fishing until late afternoon, with several catches, lots of laughs, and that feeling of a cleansed soul after an incredible day of fishing and camping.
