KYMCO G7 recorded 1,814 registrations in June 2026, breaking into the Top 10 best-selling motorcycle models in Taiwan. Does this mean the G7 is truly gaining traction in the market? Or is it just the honeymoon period of a new model, with early pre-orders being delivered all at once? In this video, I’ll share my thoughts based on my real-world experience riding the G7 over the past period, and talk about what this scooter really represents. The G7 is not the cheapest, lightest, or most mainstream white-plate scooter on the market. But from the KRV to the G7, KYMCO has taken a different path from traditional scooters through its fixed engine layout, PTM transmission system, and independent rear swingarm.
