上次那條片就是教大家怎麼去做一個運動 去舒緩腰椎的肌肉從而令腰椎的弧度可以改善的. 今天我就會教大家怎樣用一個動作改善你們的頸椎弧度. 很多時候有頸膊酸痛或許是肌肉繃緊都是因為我們長期低頭對手機戓長時間對電腦. 這個也會造成我們頸部肌肉過份繃緊和緊張也會讓頸肌肉更加緊張, 引致我們的椎間壓力也會增多了就會有椎間盤突出. 椎間盤突出壓著神經線會影響除了頸膊痛之外, 還有手麻痹及手沒力, 所以當我們沒去到這麼差的時候透過運動是可以改善到... To help improve the lumbar curve, today I will teach everyone to do one exercise to improve your cervical curvature. We have neck pain and muscle stiffness because we look down at our phone and computer for a long time. Causing tightness in our neck muscle. And when we stressed also causing neck stiffness. The intervertebral disc pressure will increase causing disc herniation and impinge the nerve. Therefore we cannot let it goes to the worst stage.
