今天會跟大家說瞓捩頸急救方法, 我相信大家一生人當中也有試過瞓捩頸或會稱作瞓矮頸, 統稱落枕. 為什麼我們會有瞓矮頸的情況出現? 通常是早上一覺醒來便感覺脖子很緊, 頭轉動不了, 肩膀會上升和脖子向肩膀的距離很近, 我們的頸不能向前 不能向後 擺動不了. 很多時候為什麼我們早上起來會有這種情況呢? 可能晚上睡覺的時候姿勢不對, 例如我們會伏著睡,當我們伏著睡時脖子會怎麼樣呢?
