Being FEARLESS - A Guided Mindfulness Meditation

This guided mindfulness meditation session will focus on reducing anxiety and not allowing fear to control us! By recognizing harmful fear, we be more at peace and present - You can better relax, stay calm, and have better sleep. Let the 432hz boosted ambient music and spoken dialogue allow you to drift away - mind and body in harmony. This session is about 17 minutes total, with a bit over 12 minutes of guided and spoken dialogue followed by 5 minutes of ambient music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, at a break in the day, when doing yoga, or before you sleep at night.
