SLANG Rizz is a popular slang word that describes someone who is very pleasing to others. Rizz became popular with Generation Z, people born from around 1997 to 2012. Slang is language used mostly in casual communication. Slang terms often differ among individual groups. However, very popular slang often gains wider acceptance over time.
