🎤 WHEN YOU CAN'T HEAR GOD... KEEP WALKING. | Recharge Daily Devotional 📖 Isaiah 40:1-5 One of the greatest mistakes believers make is assuming that silence means absence. Sometimes when you cannot hear God, He is still leading you through the process that will reveal His glory. Isaiah describes the journey: Every valley shall be lifted up. Every mountain and hill shall be made low. The rough ground shall become level. The rugged places shall become a plain. Then comes the promise: "And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed." Notice that before the glory is revealed, there is a process. The valley. The mountain. The hill. The rough road. The rugged road. These are not signs that God has abandoned you. They are often signs that God is preparing you. When you find yourself passing through layer upon layer of challenges, resistance, disappointments, and stretching, don't assume God has forgotten you. It may be that Heaven has marked your life for something greater than you can currently see. The greater the assignment, the deeper the preparation. The greater the glory, the more thorough the process. So don't just ask: "Why am I going through this?" Ask: "Lord, what are You preparing me for?" And learn to speak like David: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for You are with me." The valley is not your destination. The mountain is not your destination. The rough road is not your destination. The glory is your destination. Keep walking. Keep trusting. Keep yielding.
