皮蛋鸡肉粥 (Rice Porridge with Chicken)
皮蛋鸡肉粥,粥香粘稠,鸡肉嫩滑。喜欢吃辣的,可以加一点蘑菇油,或辣椒油。 为省时间,我用了冰冻过的剩饭。也可以用生米,煮熟的米饭,冰冻过的生米。 Rice Porridge with Chicken, porridge is thick and aromatic, chicken is soft and smooth. If spicy food is preferred, add a bit Mushroom Oil (see my previous video), or Chili Oil. To save time, I am using cooked and frozen rice. Raw rice, cooking rice, frozen rice can be used. Ingredients: Cooked Frozen Rice: about 1 cup Chicken Breast: 1 Preserved Duck Egg: 1 Salt: to taste White Pepper: to taste Scallion: 1 Ginger: 2 pieces Mushroom Oil or Chili Oil (optional): to taste
