I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007. I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life - me being silly, more often than not :) I am Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice.
