Add salted malt and rub, and leave overnight. 【2】Put 1 skin-side down in a pot with the salted malt, add 3 cups of water and sake, and heat over low-medium heat. 【3】When small bubbles start to appear, lower the heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the pot upside down and cook for 2 minutes, then turn it upside down again, turn off the heat, cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
