Hello everyone! 🥰 Today I have a traditional Sevillian recipe: delicious cod fritters! 👌🏼 I often make them around this time of year 💃 They turn out super fluffy, and you'll be surprised how quick and easy they are to make. They also have a fantastic flavor (they're even delicious the next day 🤤) You'll love them!! 🤤 I'm Isabel, and I welcome you to my channel. In my case, I used 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: 👩🏻‍🍳 250 gr. approx. - 100g of desalted cod (I used frozen cod at the right salt level) 3 cloves of garlic fresh parsley (to taste) approx. 100g of wheat flour approx. 350ml - Water (depending on flour and taste) 1/2 onion 1 large egg Salt to taste Saffron 1 teaspoon baking powder (like Royal) FOR FRYING Mild olive oil or sunflower oil, enough for frying 👉🏼 I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support...
