Part 4 of a 5-part series from videos related to the investigation of the death of Louis Gumpenberger obtained through FOIA requests along with supplemental materials for context. Not available at this time are the 2011 police interviews with Russ Faria and Hupp which lead to Faria's wrongful conviction in the murder of his wife Betsy.
