For testing, we repeatedly fished for Japan's "Yamame" and "Iwana" trout, fine-tuning the casting comfort and the rod’s ability to prevent fish from shaking off the hook. We also ensured that the rod's lightness and lack of wobble reduce fatigue during long fishing sessions lasting a full day.
