Sustainable Building Services - Liverpool Retrofit Project

In this video, we showcase one of our latest retrofit projects delivered under the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (Wave 3), helping to transform social housing through energy efficiency improvements, decarbonisation, and whole-house retrofit solutions. Working in partnership with social housing providers, Sustainable Building Services is supporting the delivery of large-scale programmes designed to upgrade homes currently below EPC band 'C'. These projects are focused on improving comfort, reducing energy consumption, and helping tackle fuel poverty for residents, while contributing to the UK's net zero targets. This project highlights our end-to-end approach, from design and compliance through to installation and resident engagement, ensuring high-quality, PAS 2035-compliant retrofit works that deliver lasting impact for both clients and communities. The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund represents a major investment in improving the energy performance of homes across England, supporting the installation of insulation, low-carbon heating and renewable technologies to create warmer, more efficient living environments. At Sustainable Building Services, we are proud to play a key role in delivering these schemes at scale, improving residents' health, wellbeing and living conditions, while reducing carbon emissions across the housing sector.
