INGREDIENTS 1kg duck curry pieces 3 tbsp of cooking oil 3 small bay leaves 7 dry chillies, cut roughly 1 large onion, sliced 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 3 medium size potatoes, cut into quarters 1 tsp of crushed black pepper 1 tsp of ground red chilli 1 tsp of ground coriander 1/2 tsp of ground cumin 3/4 tsp of ground turmeric 1 tsp of meat masala (ready made) salt to taste some chopped coriander leaves NOTE - Adjust the spices according to your taste.
