Ingredients: 1 medium size cabbage, sliced 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 tsp of cumin seeds 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds 1 medium size onion, sliced 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste 2 large tomatoes, roughly chopped 2 medium size potatoes, cut into cubes 1 tsp of ground red chilli 3/4 tsp of crushed black pepper 1 tsp of ground turmeric 1 1/2 tbsp of roasted cumin coriander seeds, roughly crushed Salt to taste Some chopped coriander leaves Note: Adjust the spices according to your taste
