1964 World's Fair New York, Flushing Meadows Queens. 8mm Home Movie. Native American Indian.
In 1964 I was still in grade school attending P.S. 89 in Elmhurst Queens, I lived with my parents then. Going to the World's Fair was a great adventure. The number 7 IRT Flushing subway line was a short walk from where we lived and the subway was only .15¢. I must have gone ten, fifteen times, sometimes I would meet friends there and sometimes I would go alone. I have wonderful memories, it was a great time to be a kid. A few months ago I bought several cans of old home movies from an online website. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the reels was of the 1964 World's Fair. I would love to know who the Native American Indian man is at 0:30.
