This dish is inspired by the popular chicken lollipop but uses eggs instead, making it a unique option for vegetarians who consume eggs (ovo-vegetarians). --- Ingredients for Egg Lollipop To prepare egg lollipops, you will need the following ingredients: For the Egg Lollipops: 4 hard-boiled eggs 4 skewers (wooden or metal) ½ cup all-purpose flour (maida) ¼ cup corn flour 1 tablespoon rice flour (for extra crispiness) 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon black pepper powder ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) ½ cup water (for batter) Oil (for deep frying) For Garnishing & Serving: Chopped coriander leaves Sliced onions Lemon wedges Spicy mayonnaise or garlic dip Green chutney Step-by-Step Preparation of Egg Lollipop Step 1: Boiling and Preparing Eggs 1. Slowly add water and mix well to form a thick batter. It should have a smooth, flowing consistency but not be too runny. 3. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter. Step 3: Coating the Eggs 1. Dip each egg lollipop (the skewer with the half egg) into the batter, coating it evenly. 2. Ensure the batter sticks well to the egg. 3.
