A full what I eat in a day to gain weight and put on some muscle. I’ve taken a different approach on my fitness journey and I’m currently challenging my discipline to step out of my comfort zone with eating and working out. Eating more looks difficult but time blocking and meal prepping makes it so much easier. I wake up at 5am so my eating schedule is from 5am - 8pm making it easier to eat more without feeling bloated.
