ABOUT THE PROPERTY This is a 4 star hotel which has a building with 14 floors (the 13th floor is skipped). The main amenities are located on the ground floor, the 1st floor, the 2nd floor & the 3rd floor, it also includes an underground car park down on the basement. This building used to be a office building called “Holland House” when it was built in 1968 but then it was transformed into a hotel called “Mecure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa” in 2004 but then in 2025, it changed it’s name to “Holland House Hotel Cardiff By Sunday” LIFT ARRANGEMENT This is a set of 4 lifts which serves all of the floors in this hotel which was formerly a office building ABOUT THESE LIFTS These lifts used to be some 1960s Otis lifts and when they renovated this building from office to hotel, these lifts have been modernised by Otis but the logic & DC motors are still original.
