Dr. Peta Stapleton is an author & world-leading researcher in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping) and has been awarded many accolades including the Harvey Baker Research Award for meticulous research and the greatest contribution to the field of Energy Psychology, as well as 2019’s Australian Psychologist of the Year. In this video, Dr. Stapleton explores the tenets of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which is also known as “tapping”. She defines EFT as a stress reduction technique which can improve an ever-broadening range of conditions through tapping on eight basic acupuncture points, and goes over the “basic recipe” for tapping – particularly in its application to anxiety relief.
