Ecuador's most popular hike the Quilotoa Loop, is a 3-day stunning adventure through the mountains of Ecuador to a MASSIVE volcano crater filled with a stunning blue/green lake. Of course, the reward is the gorgeous view once you reach the crater, but honestly, the scenery leading up to the end of the hike was so beautiful we would have been happy without the grand finale!
