For the bread: 3/4 cup (180 g) cottage cheese 1 egg 1 onion 1 cup (90 g) oats 2 tsp baking powder Salt to taste Sesame seeds Olive oil For the creamy mushroom topping: Olive oil 5 mushrooms 1 red onion Salt and black pepper to taste A bunch of spinach 1 cup cream 2 tbsp chopped parsley INSTRUCTIONS 1. Blend the cottage cheese and egg with an immersion blender. 2. Add the onion and blend again until smooth. 3. Blend the oats into flour. 4. Mix the oat flour with the cottage cheese mixture. 5.
