The moral support, encouragement, and advice she and her husband gave her daughter were unable to calm Dr. Icha's heartbreak. She felt immense fear and pressure. Before her death, Dr. Icha wrote a will and testament to her family. The letter, written in a state of shock and stress, bears silent witness to what Dr. Icha had experienced. The family finally revealed Dr. Icha's final letter. Inked notes on a piece of paper revealed that Dr. Icha had forgiven three members of the North Central Timor Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). However, the legal process was requested to continue. To uncover the alleged intimidation experienced by Dr. Icha, the North Central Timor Police immediately launched an investigation. The three members of the North Central Timor DPRD have been questioned by the police. Several pieces of evidence have also been collected, including evidence from Leona Hospital. Veronika Lake, a member of the North Central Timor Regency DPRD, whose name was implicated in this case, clarified the alleged intimidation of the late Dr. Icha. She explained that at the time of the incident, she was invited by two colleagues to visit a patient who was a relative of one of the DPRD members. According to Veronika, she was unaware of the intimidation.
