Rainbird Rotary Nozzles
Cleaning your nozzle is extremely important. if you leave it unattended, you will see dry spots in your lawn. One of the main things I love is the ability to adjust it on the fly along with flushing it. That part totally wins over any sprinkler head I would think that's out there. Although I got much to learn, if it doesn't have that feature, I don't care to buy it. One thing I caution you about is to make sure that it is sprinkler to sprinkler coverage, leveled, flushed and clean as you install and maintain it. If there are any clogged lines, or the sprinkler head is too low, that detail will show on your lawn. Another thing to look out for is a check valve in your sprinklers. Although sources may say it works with all 1800 series springbird sprinklers, it will not work if it has a check valve for anything below a 4-in pop-up. If you require a 3 or 2-in pop-up, remove the check valve or make sure you buy one without it.
