The problem is that, according to the lawsuit, the menu served was very different from what was expected. The customer claims that, instead of the promised banquet, he found options such as rice and chicken. Dissatisfied, he complained to the inn, which allegedly offered a refund only for the items that were not served. The proposal was not satisfactory, and he began demanding a full refund of the amount paid. The case went to court, where the man asked for R$ 11,000 in compensation for material and moral damages. But the story took a turn: a conciliation hearing was scheduled to try to resolve the impasse, but the client himself did not appear. The result? The case was dismissed and everything remained as it was.
