"We are in a situation where no government will have it easy... We shouldn't be overly enthusiastic. Keiko Fujimori will not have it easy because of the situation the country is going through, because of what could come with El Niño, and because of the economic commitments made by Congress and the government," the expert stated. Castillo also addressed the profile that the members of Fujimori Higuchi's first cabinet should have.
