Advanced Finishing Techniques for Model Rockets
Originally presented at Virtual NARCON 2023, the annual technical conference of the National Association of Rocketry, this video guides the viewer through a pair of advanced painting and finishing projects. You'll see priming, finish sanding, and intricate masking highlighted, as well as painting with high-quality spray lacquers. Finally, painted details will be applied with an airbrush, and each project will be capped off with cut vinyl markings. These techniques will easily scale down to the smallest model rockets, or scale to immense high power rockets.
