Fundy Trail Parkway Guide: Our Perfect Day (Hikes & Food)!

Today we’re exploring one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in New Brunswick — the Fundy Trail Parkway. This perfect Victoria Day adventure includes two scenic hikes, a peaceful walk on Long Beach, a visit to the historic village of St. Martins, and of course… the best lobster rolls on the Bay of Fundy. We start our morning at Big Salmon River before heading along the parkway’s iconic viewpoints, including the hairpin turn overlooking the Bay of Fundy. From there, we hike into the Walton Glen Gorge area, wander through moss covered Acadian forest, and soak in the rugged beauty that makes this coastline so special. After exploring the trails, we head to Long Beach to enjoy this incredible spot before wrapping up the day in St. Martins with lobster rolls from Spinney’s and ice cream from Octopus Ice Cream after a stroll through the covered bridges and fishing harbor.
