Do you have to show your vaccination certificate if an authority or superior officer demands it? The Federal Administrative Court had to address precisely this question. A female soldier in the German Armed Forces was ordered to present her private vaccination certificate to her superior officer. She refused – and ultimately won her case before the Federal Administrative Court. But does this mean you can simply keep your vaccination status secret? Or is there something else at stake?
