Koningin Máxima beleeft 'zonnige' Internationale Vrouwendag in Amsterdam

It is not often that Queen Máxima is at work (publicly) at the weekend, but for International Women's Day she makes an exception. Together with Minister Agema (Health, Welfare and Sport), the Queen attends an event of WOMEN Inc. on Saturday afternoon 8 March. This conference focuses on improving women's health. Currently, care for women lags behind that for men, which is why WOMEN Inc. has been fighting for equality for years. Queen Máxima will not leave empty-handed, as she gets the first copy of the book ‘Diagnosis: woman’.
