Season 2 - Ep 8 - DESOLATION SOUND - Lund and Tenedos Bay

We have finally made it to DESOLATION SOUND! We stop at the last town on the sunshine coast, Lund and splurge on homemade bread, cinnamon rolls and some delicious coffee! From LUND, we head into Desolation Sound anchoring at TENEDOS BAY. The anchorage here is deep and most spots require a stern tie but wow was it breathtakingly beautiful! Did we mention that there is a huge, warm FRESHWATER LAKE to swim in!!!! And to top it off Desolation Sound is known for their warm ocean water at 70 degrees F.
