Can We Normalize Starting Over?

Join us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... Have you ever felt like you're the only one having to start over? If you're looking for encouragement, understanding, and a community that believes it's never too late for a new chapter, you're in the right place. Welcome to Coffee, Chaos and Grace. In today's video, we're talking about something many of us experience but rarely discuss openly: starting over. Whether it's after a divorce, a career change, a health challenge, financial struggles, or simply realizing life isn't turning out the way we expected, starting over can feel scary, lonely, and even a little embarrassing. But what if it didn't have to? In this video, I'll share why I think we need to normalize starting over at every age. Life isn't a straight line, and very few of us follow the path we originally imagined. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is accept where we are, let go of what didn't work out, and take the first step toward something new. A little about me: I'm a 63-year-old teacher, mom of six incredible children (four through adoption), divorced, and living with Psoriatic Arthritis while navigating weight struggles and all the unexpected twists that life can bring. I've had to start over more than once, and what I've learned is that starting over isn't failure—it's proof that you're still willing to grow. If this video resonates with you, please like, subscribe, and leave a comment sharing a time you had to start over or a new chapter you're facing right now. Your story may encourage someone else who needs to know they're not alone. ☕ Thank you for being part of Coffee, Chaos and Grace. Together, we're learning that it's never too late to begin again, dream again, and build a life that still holds purpose and possibility. #StartingOver #ItsNeverTooLate #CoffeeChaosAndGrace
