Cut the avocado and mozzarella cheese into similarly sized pieces. 2. Place ingredients from step 1 in a bowl and mix with the nori tsukudani, wasabi, and olive oil. [Delicious Tuna and Nagaimo Recipe] Ingredients 150g Tuna (Sashimi) 100g Nagaimo 100g Kimchi 3g Shredded Kelp 3 Green Perilla Leaves A Little Sesame Oil A Little Dark Soy Sauce 1 Egg Yolk Seaweed, as desired Directions 1. Chop the tuna into chunks, shred the green perilla, and lightly chop the kimchi. Peel and pound the nagaimo. Soak the shredded kelp in water. 2. Combine 1., sesame oil, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix. Place on a serving dish and top with the egg yolk. Wrap in nori seaweed, if desired. [Vermicelli Salad] Ingredients 40g dried vermicelli 1/2 cucumber 50g crab sticks 4 slices of ham A 1 can tuna 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar Approx. white sesame seeds Directions 1. Boil the vermicelli according to the package instructions. Cut each ingredient into bite-sized pieces. 2. Combine A and A in a bowl and mix. [French fries] Ingredients 5 potatoes Salt (1% of potato weight) A 40g sour cream 40g mayonnaise 5g dill 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic Directions 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and remove the sprouts. Put the potatoes and enough water to cover them in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, until a bamboo skewer can be pierced. If you have time, let cool and refrigerate for a day. 2. Cut the potatoes into quarters lengthwise. 3. Deep-fry in oil heated to 180°C for about 10 minutes. (Stir occasionally to incorporate air and evaporate moisture, then finish by frying over high heat until crispy.) 4. Drain the oil and sprinkle with salt while still hot. 5. [Sanma and Cream Cheese Rice Spring Rolls] Ingredients 100g canned miso-marinated sanma 20g cream cheese A pinch of salt 80g rice 3 shiso leaves 3 slices of cheese 2 spring roll wrappers Approx. amount of flour dissolved in water Directions 1. Combine rice, canned sanma, cream cheese, and salt in a bowl and mix. 2. Line the spring roll wrappers with shiso leaves and sliced cheese, then top with an appropriate amount of (A) and wrap. Secure the end of the roll with flour dissolved in water. ③ Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry ② until golden brown. [Oyster Stew with Chinese Cabbage and Pork] Ingredients 300g Chinese cabbage 200g thinly sliced pork belly 40g vermicelli 1 teaspoon sesame oil A 300ml water 2 tablespoons sake 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon grated ginger Directions ① Roughly chop the Chinese cabbage. ② Place the Chinese cabbage in a large frying pan and top with the pork belly and vermicelli. ③ Pour the combined ingredients (A) over the top, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. ④ Lightly drizzle with sesame oil. [Mushroom and Tuna Rice] Ingredients 2 cups of rice 2 shiitake mushrooms 100g maitake mushrooms 100g shimeji mushrooms 1 can of canned tuna (no added salt) 20g salted kelp (reduced salt) 5 shiso leaves 1 tablespoon sake 1 tablespoon mirin Directions 1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain in a colander and let sit for 30 minutes. 2. Cut off the stems of the mushrooms and flake them. 3. Place the rice, sake, and mirin in a pot and add water up to the 2-cup mark. Add the salted kelp, mushrooms, and tuna and cook. 4.
