This is a channel that provides information on foot health sent by Japanese foot expert Nakajima. Who is "Nakajima" (as of September 2021) I have been working as a healer since 2012. Invented "native-walking", a natural way of walking in terms of biomechanics of the human body. By teaching "native-walking", I lead many patients suffering from various foot symptoms to improvement. In particular, I have made great achievements in improving hallux valgus, and more than 2000 cases of improvement measured with reliable measuring instruments used by many universities and hospitals. Currently, I am working hard to popularize this walking instruction method, and more than 70 treatment clinics have introduced it in Japan. In recent years, I have also been conducting joint research on walking with major companies. "A burdensome way of walking" is the cause of various foot diseases. I started YouTube in 2020 to spread that if people improve it, many foot symptoms such as hallux valgus will improve dramatically.
