Steamed baos are very versatile in Chinese cuisine. You can have for for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack…you can fill it with meat, vegetables, noodles and sweets. You can shape in a million different ways…it’s one of those perfect food packages, at least for me! One of my favourite is gooey-gooey sesame filled steamed baos.
