The love of winter cooking in a VW Campervan...

When the temperature drops, we all need a healthy portion of comfort food. We love our VW campervan and love getting out and using it ALL year round. One of the challenges, and also one delights of winter camping is cooking in such a small van. We love cooking in van and make it a real feature of our adventures away. Join us as we share with you some of the meals we cooked on our last winter camp. We are Richard and Jackie and we live in the UK. We retired from teaching at the age of 51 in the summer of 2022. Our plans for early requirement include relocating to the Yorkshire Dales, developing our forever home and travelling the UK, Europe and eventually the world in our VW campervan Nelson.
