Boda is also known as Yardlong Beans, Long Beans, Asparagus Beans, and Lobia Beans in various places. 🥣 Ingredients 2–3 Aloo (Potatoes) Boda / Yardlong Beans Mustard Oil Green Chili Ginger Garlic Cumin Dhaniya Powder Turmeric Namak Methi Dana 2 Cups Water 👩‍🍳 Method Wash and chop the potatoes and boda. Grind the green chilies, ginger, and garlic in a mixer. Mix the cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt to form a masala paste. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the fenugreek seeds. Add the prepared masala paste and lightly fry. Now add the aloo boda and cook, stirring, for 8–10 minutes. Then add the potatoes, mix well, and cover and cook. Add about 2 cups of water and cook until the vegetable is completely cooked. The delicious Aloo Boda Ki Sabji is ready.
