Milk Pandesal vs Water Pandesal | Home made soft and fluffy, Dairy free Pandesal Recipe

This is a comparison test between pandesal made of milk and dairy-free pandesal. The pandesal recipe is still the same except for the milk and water. I usually make my pandesal using milk, but what if I will use plain water? I have no doubt that I can still make pandesal using water, but the biggest question is how will the taste of a dairy-free pandesal compare to my usual recipe?
