For my part, this year 2021 did not bring me luck ... 2021 took my eldest son 😭, but I know that from up there, he watches over us all. To end the year gently, I suggest a coconut and pandan jelly, it is based on agar-agar gelling powder, coconut milk and pandan flavoring. The jelly is very pleasant as a dessert, it is crunchy and melts in the mouth. A real treat after a hearty meal. All my best wishes for this new year 2022 which I hope will be better.
