The Forgotten Famine
A group of friends and neighbours in County Down are puzzled by a mysterious unmarked site in Newtownards, which some locals call Bully's Acre and is said to be linked to An Gorta Mór, the Great Hunger. The film uses contemporary sources to uncover the disremembered famine history of Newtownards and draw attention to Bully's Acre as a site of local historical significance.
