Texas Attorney Joe Ponce was in trouble for a few things....however, he didn't respond and a default judgement was entered placing him on probation and temporarily suspending him. He is appealing that default judgement, but instead of arguing why it should be reversed, he wants to explain what happened in the first place and point more fingers than he has in every direction possible.
